"Sunday clears away the rust of the whole week." - Joseph Addison
Today is Sunday, the "day of rest", it can also be known as the "day you spend £55 in a clothes store where you bought only 5 items and none of them were on sale." Whoops.
I will start with the school items. I am in year 13 but instead of a traditional sixth form "wear what you want" attitude, my school opts for a black, white, grey and beige colour scheme. Apparently we look smart.
This shirt was the first thing I picked up, and for £9.99 it was quite a bargain.
The main feature of the shirt is that the arms and collar are darker than the contrasting floral print on the body of the shirt. This makes it interesting and unique, which is probably why I ended up buying it.

I also have a slight love for skater skirts so when I saw this one with the quilted pattern I instantly knew I wanted it. It was slightly pricey at £12.99 but is very good quality.
Next up are my colourful, full of life, non-school clothes yay. Two items are denim print though which isn't really that colourful.
I'll start with another skater skirt. A plain and simple blue denim print skirt. This also cost £12.99.
Jeggings are just an easy way to be comfortable and fashionable at the same time, what's not to like. However they're really hard to try and take a decent picture of. Like the two before they were £12.99.
Purposely I've saved the best until last. This sweater is everything I look for in clothing; comfort, style, it being in my size and of course, a floral print. This is the cheapest thing I bought today at £5.99 so I couldn't just leave it in the store. It really is beautiful and I can't wait to wear it.
omg so pretty
That's all for today, short and sweet.
Lauren.
